About Me

I'm just another computer geek that apparently has too much free time on his hands. While I could (and probably should) look for a job, for some reason I felt compelled to write some stuff in the blog and create the Page 8 History.

I somehow managed to get through a grueling four and half years of college to graduate with a degree in Computer Science and minors in Technical Writing and Political Science. The tech writing minor I got by taking just one more class above the minimum requirement. The Political Science minor I actually had to take quite a few extra classes. They kept having classes that sounded interesting, so I kept taking them. Finally, I got to the point where one more would get me a minor. So I went ahead and did it. My dad was a polisci guy and still likes to talk politics, so I figured this would make him proud. Oh well, I guess you can't please everyone, especially my dad. Apparently I'm a complete and totally retard for taking longer then four years to graduate.

I've been known to spend way too many hours in front of the computer writing code for fun and profit. PHP is my main thing, with a touch of MySQL and Linux to keep me sane.
