Reeltime Audio is a comfortable and affordable full service analog and digital recording studio based in Denton, TX, 30 miles north of the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex. The studio was founded in 1989 to provide a relaxed, creative space for bands and musicians to make music. Since then it has grown into a world-class facility boasting many major-label albums, radio hits and even a grammy winning record.

The studio features a 52-input SSL console with the desirable black "e" equalizers and Total Recall, so that any mix can be saved and "tweaked" at anytime in the future. This board comes to us from Nashville's Sound Stage Studios where it has a lineage of hits and gold records from: Jimmy Buffet, Merle Haggard, TLC, Waylon Jennings, Reba McEntire, Shaq, George Strait, Hank Williams Jr., Alan Jackson...

Analog and Digital recorders include a Sony 2" machine, NUENDO 2.0 with Apogee converters, and our favorite, an IZ RADAR 24-track. We offer one of the finest selections of outboard gear in North Texas including: Neve, API and Tube-Tech mic pre's and eq's. Urei, Teletronix, Universal Audio and Chandler compressors. And Lexicon, Eventide and Yamaha effects processors. Mixdown to 1/2" or 1/4" analog, 24-bit wave. Or let us master your music and take home a radio-ready cd.

Reeltime Audio offers a spacious control room with a couch. A 26' by 20' main recording room that is large enough for any band. And an isolation room/lounge with a fridge, microwave, and a TV complete with dvd's and PlayStation 2.
