Leroy the Prophet

Leroy the Prophet is the definition of concentrated energy. Their distinct music and dynamic stage presence can rival any band. Shortly after forming five years ago, the band captured the attention of local label Twin Buddha Records, which has produced Leroy the Prophet's two CDs. Their first album, Fifth Gear Picasso, showcased a range of music from hard rock to melodic ballads to funk-inspired guitar work. Their latest CD Applying Ockham's Razor demonstrates the tight and creative playing that the band has become renowned for in Texas. Both albums were embraced with stellar reviews. Local DJs, magazines, papers, and music web sites have praised Leroy the Prophet as one of the best bands on the scene. The band has a dedicated and ever-growing following.
