admiring this beautiful sight
such a magnificent glory to find
so amazing, created from nothing but sand

beckoning, calling for a return
for these little memories to find their way

to the depths of history, once again
behind the mammoth construction
still lies the thinking man
as little shining stars find their way
day by day
back to the world that gave them presence
the people strolling by don't seem to notice
the granules of faded glory don't seem to care
until it's all gone, and only the watchful man knows
you can dream a dream
you can build a wonder

this wonder, this castle of pride
towers wrought from tradition

created for sand
