Noise
By: Pat AdamsPhantoms drift in and out loudly
Dust settles with a thunderous sound
The roaches stomp back and forth
As termites chew loudly on the wood
The house shifts and creaks
But all the noise in the attic
Or in the entire world
Is not enough to stop me thinking of you.
