David McGarry

Dave has been performing original tunes as a soloist in Dallas / Fort Worth since late 2001. While he is now focusing on songwriting, he completed several years of study in music at Virginia Tech, majoring in bass-trombone performance and taking several years of recording engineering. As a bass-trombonist, Dave performed with the New River Valley Symphony, the Roanoke Symphony, as well as the Roanoke Opera. The trombone has since become his living room's most attractive furnishing. Dave sleeps in a closet somewhere in Uptown Dallas, where he reads his favorite comic, "Codename: Knockout."
